Biokineticist for R100 anyone?

Humph, Bankmed just never disappoints. You have kindly "allowed" me to see a Biokineticist, which I thought was rather progressive, alas, it requires me to find one who will charge R160.55. I have searched all over JHB for 1 who will charge this glorious amount for their expertise and I have come out unsuccessful, so I thought I'd reach out to your always friendly and helpful CC agents and they too couldn't help. Now if you'll be so kind enough to help me find a Biokineticist for that amount, I'd highly appreciate it. I'd really like to curb this pain before I become fully dependent on you, which of course has proven futile.
