Best Service Ever
I would like to compliment Cassandra from Bankmed about the wonderful service that she provided me with. She really went the extra mile as I was about to give up on the issue that I had . She was smart enough to eliminate a digit from what I gave her as it was not picking up from her side. She promised to give me feedback as she had to escalate. And true to her word she kept on updating me with the progress . She managed to sort out my issue. That is what you call best Customer Service.Big ups Cassandra .
