Everytime I contact bankmed, doesnt matter which department, I get the best service! All their agents are friendly and are always willing to help and go the extra mile. Best call centre agents! Nothing is ever too much effort for any bankmed employee. Keep up the awesome service! Definitely happy with our choice in medical aids
