Best customer service to date!

Its not the first time I'm reviewing bankmed and I'm sure it won't be the last! Their staff are beyond helpful and super friendly especially when wrongful claims have been submitted.

I spoke to a very friendly lady by the name of odwa last week when a claim from a pharmacy for medications went through our medical that neither myself for my mother had requested. Odwa went above and beyond to find out what this claim was for and to ensure that the relevant claim would be reversed. Thank you not only to Odwa but to all the bankmed staff who always go the extra mile when helping their members!
