Best customer service

I feel it absolutely necessary to leave this review so that everyone will know that there are indeed excellent consultants that work for BankMed. On Friday (25/02) I called into BankMed to query a claim which a provider had resubmitted for payment. Thando escalated the query for me and promised to keep me posted. Yesterday afternoon I received the promised call from Thando informing me that the claim has been reprocessed and that it would indeed be paid in full. While I had him on the line I asked him to follow up on a claim which I submitted for reimbur*****t. Again he escalated the query for me so that it could be processed for payment. He went the extra mile and contacted me again this afternoon just to update me that my claim has been processed and will be paid out next week. He didnt undertake to do so but yet he took the initiative to follow up with me and make sure that I was kept informed until all my queries had been resolved. Thank you Thando so much for all your help and for going the extra mile! I sincerely hope that BankMed knows what an awesome staff member they have in Thando!
