I have been trying to confirm benefits on a approved hospital procedure, of which the procedure codes was indicated on the motivation. I need this info as a matter of urgency, but Bankmed seems unable to assist me without completing a form to get an amount that will be paid by them. Taking 2-5working days while I require the information no later than tomorrow. Bankmed is wasting valuable time that I do not have to spent on this!!!!!
