Bankmed: worst service ever
I AM DISAPPOINTED AT THE SERVICE OF BANKMED; THEY ARE REFUSING TO PUT MEDICATION ON PMB, JUST BECAUSE I CANNOT AFFORD A MORE EXPENSIVE MEDICAL AID OPTION, NOW YOU ARE NOT GOING TO EVEN GOING TO BOTHER WITH HELPING, AND YET WE NEVER MISS A SINGLE PAYMENT ON THE MEDICAL AID!!!!
I AM UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED AT YOUR SERVICE AND ALWAYS THINKING OF YOUR BOTTOM LINE INSTEAD OF YOUR CLIENTS!!!!!
WHEN WILL THEY EVER GO AN EXTRA MILE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS, INSTEAD OF NEEDING MORE MONEY.
I AM NOT REQUESTING THE MEDICINE TO BE PMB JUST FOR FUN, IT IS BECAUSE I NEED IT, AND NOW THEY DON’T WANT TO HELP; THIS IS APPALLING; WORST MEDICAL AID EVER AND TERRIBLE MONEY HUNGRY DRIVEN SERVICE
