Bankmed - Worst medical aid ever!

It must be the worst medical aid in SA. They will not pay for R800 per month chronic medication insisted on by the surgeon, to prevent throat cancer, because it's not in their bouquet! This despite me being a pensioner and a loyal member of the scheme for 44 years! THEY DON'T CARE AT ALL FOR THEIR CLIENTS. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MEDICAL AID IF AT ALL POSSIBLE.
