Bankmed - Unpaid claim

Unpaid Claim - I went to a doctor mid May and paid for medicine from my pocket. No communication from the Bankmed team I had to follow up and I keep being sent from pillar to post.

I have been promised that I will be called, spoke to 4 staff members (Khanya, Ibrahim and Carl).

My case has been escalated every single day.
