BANKMED TREATS ME LIKE A FOOL

01/12/2017 I went to Dischem to collect my chronic medication only to be told that limits have exceeded. I phoned Bankmed the following day & the lady I spoke to confirmed that Dischem made a mistake & that I have more than enough funds & that I should send proof of payment in order that they can refund me as I had to pay cash for my meds. Then the story kept of changing & changing until I gave a negative review of which some Candice rep**** & told me that Dischem used the incorrect ICD10 code & that she will sort it out & I will be refunded. 3 weeks passed & no response until I contacted them 03/01/2018 to which I received a response from Akhona which was the same as Candice's one. Then she changed her story & told me that all along my medication has been paid under Prescribed medication & not Chronic medication & that my GP should ask them to put it under Chronic. I joined the medical aid in 2015 & all along I was being played like a fool being told that my medication is paid under Chronic. What kind of ****** are these people playing with my emotions like that. Why wasn't I told in 2015 that my medication is paid under Prescribed & not Chronic & why wasn't I told that a GP needs to beg them to put it under Chronic. What's confusing is that when I go to that so-called CDL the medication appears. Bankmed's professionalism is definitely questionable - I'm so dissapointed in the service & lack of honesty I received from them.
