Bankmed traumatising kids!!!

I cant believe that bankmed expects a 5 year old to sit through tooth extraction on the chair at the dentist. You guys are traumatising our kids coz you dont want to pay for theatre!!! My 5 year old has a some work that needs to be done on her teeth, now you dont want to pay for theatre so the dentist can do it while she sleeps!! Who must pay the R30k they need for theatre?? Its nice to collect monthly fees from us until you need to pay when you need you the most you decline??? Wow how pathatic!!!
