Bankmed the worst medical aid

Once again, Bankmed is failing on service delivery

I have been waiting feedback on my complaint and nothing recieved from the company, yet again one must suffer from depression and stressed caused by the medical aid scheme which I find to be a ****.

Bankmed requested we use specialist on the panel and get necessary approval which we did but as usual they short paid their DR now I am left with a debt with no proper feedback from the consultant who took my call today when I called to enquire

I since requested my call recordings and to date nothing recieved.
