Bankmed The WORST

I have been struggling to get removed from Bankmed since March even before lockdown. Each time there is stories when they have to remove me as I have joined my spouses medical aid. Each time when I call they say FNB HR representative needs to send the email. And after speaking to Abongile and Sisanda, Quma says no I need to send it from a trusted email. I have dates and times and names of people that I have spoken to with regards to Bankmed and each time the just make it impossible to move. I’m told I can’t be on two medical aids but BANKMED which is expensive for nothing can’t remove me. I hope banks can cancel their contract with this useless medical. I will see after all this if I will eventually be removed.
