Bankmed Take debit orders but do not refund money due

Bankmed administered by Discovery take a premium from my account every month and this is the same account that is used for refunds for claims, but Discovery have suspended the account so they do not refund claims but they still draw the monthly debit from the same account they have suspended to pay refunds. Great business model, we take the money but don't pay anything back when it becomes due
