Bankmed Sent my account to ********

Bankmed transferred by dept to a pathetic company called ITC Business Administrators which are by far the dodgiest collectors that I have come across. My account was transferred to them owing roughly R242 they sent me an sms stating that I owe them R265.54. When I called in to confirm their banking details 6 days later I was advised that the money that I owe is now R350 without any clear explanation as to what charges were added besides the 11% which is R26.62 and sms's and calls of which I received 2 sms's and no call which they claim amounted to roughly R25 how they got to R350 is a mystery that I still need to understand. They don't deserve any stars.
