Bankmed refuses to pay my claim

Been calling and requesting a claim to be paid by Bankmed for the 25 days I have an available limit but it's taking Bankmed 25 days to process the claim while my Dr waits for the payment and runs after me like I'm a ***** but it's bankmed that refuses to pay the claim that I have an available limit for!!!!!! Disgusting service even spoke to the team leader NATHANIEL that has still not called me back it's been 2 weeks and I have made over 10 calls for assistance.
