Bankmed refuses to let me resign

.I have problems with them every month for my chronic medication and blood tests yet they are so expensive.Hence,i wanted to go onto my fiance's medical aid.<br> I have recently tried to resign from the medical aid as i wanted to go onto my partners medical aid.<br> My hr and myself have sent the documents on the 9/10.Palesa emailed me to state that they have reinstated my med aid.I called her and she gave me attitude<br> I spoke to Sylvia Jones .They come back to me on the 20 th to tell me that it is not acceptable therefore they have activated my membership .When I complained,Sylvia to told me that she will be sending my HR a complaint about me. could not even explain what was the delay in the matter as they could have advised me about this earlier so that I could tell my partner to look for another medical aid that can offer me better benefits.<br> I feel I am forced to use this medical aid even though my partners medical aid has more to offer.<br> Day 1 healthcare is underwritten by Sanlam.
