Bankmed poor service, ****************

Poor service received from Bankmed Last year they said funds have been exhausted and I had to pay R600 to Dr out of my pocket and and again today the 3rd of January I'm being told that funds have been exhausted, I had to pay R500 yet again. During the cause of last year I couldn't even get my prescription glasses renewed out of the R2000 plus that I'm paying every month for the cover of which my employer doesn't even give us the opportunity to use other medical aid companies besides this useless Bankmed. I'm extremely disappointed and broke bacause of Bankmed. Where has the money I've been paying all gone to because I only used the card not more than 5times over the past year. I honestly need to have my money refunded. I've just had a car accident and I still have to pay medical bills on my own while I'm forced to have medical cover under you guys.

Their contact centre is dropping my calls and not even answering.
