Bankmed poor service

I am so dissapointed in the service that I recieved from bankmed medical aid that I dont even have words.I recently changed to a different plan from Jan 2018 and my medical savings amount had to be payed out to me on 2018/06/11. I contacted bankmed numerous times to make shure that this amount would be payed out and all the consultants I spoke to confirmed that it will be payed on 2018/06/11. I followed up on 2018/06/11 at about 8 am the morning and at about 12 am and spoke to the team leader in charge on the inquiry line.The team leader assured me that my funds was released and the eft was done and I should be receiving it before 24:00. At about 16:00 the team leader calls me to inform theres a problem at the finance department and ill only receive my funds Friday the 15th of June ,after i informed them that i need my funds urgently. The team leader did not want to give me her email address nor did she want to provide an email address where i could log my complain. She said that she doesnt have a email address.First off all I am dissapointed in the service, secondly I had to wait six months for this funds to be paid out and the date that it should of been paid out they messed up. Im also dissapointed that they dont care that the matter is urgent and that people depend on their funds. I am putting this complain on Hello Peter as there is no complaints email as per the team leader i spoke to.
