bankmed pain suffering and credit score affected cause of you

this company takes my money faithfully monthy. told they cannot call me back im dealing with outstanding payments send to attorneys cause of them they cannot be proactive and call m back they cannot call the doctor and request what they need to resolve the matter, i must do the work for them a claim since February is outstanding they need doctors motivation letter so since February they could not get this and resolve and would not do this unless i called. i had so many promises by bankmed they will call me back which never happened this has afflicted so much suffering and stress mentally on my part receiving calls from attorneys my credit rating being affected for something that is not my fault
