Bankmed not delivering good service since adminstered by Discovery

Name Lizanne Varie. Bankmed no. ********** 50. Cel . ********** 325/ ********** 128. Brief info about my health since 2013. I was diagnosed with Cushing Syndrome with an Adenma Adrenal Gland, Lupus, phenomia, liver failure. I was in rehab for 3 months due to Gullian Barre...heart failure,miscarriage, toes partially amputated due to vascullitus. I've been on temporarily disability since 2013 to date. During this time my husband was fired from FNB after 21 years of servicw, because of the situation we were in. At the time I got sick I was on my husband medical aid (Bankmed), but had to join Bankmed when my husband lost his job. The problem that I have with Bankmed is as follow. A motivational letter was send to Bankmed by my doctor to approve medication that I am currently taking. The Dr. also inform them that that it was found that my Prothrombin G20210a Heterozgous being abnormal and also high Antiphospholipid antibodies and that i am in need of lifelong Anticougulation therapy. The doctor suggest Xarelto 10mg as i have a track record of poor and high risk control of Warfarin.This was approved by Bankmed. For the last few months we discovered that Bankmed no longer pays for some of medication inc the Xarelto. When we phoned them we were told that they have change the company dealing with chronic medication and this company does not cover some of these medication...now my question is why did Bankmed do this..is it to save money from their side, while the monthly payment is still the same and increasing annually. No notification was given that this was going to happen. I am in a situation where I owe the chemist for my medication, because I cant afford it anymore. Please assist.
