Bankmed - No Alternate Options

I had requested Bankmed to amend my category as it is clearly stated that there is no income, they duly did this however it remains quite expensive for a Pensioner.

In my view the action to take was to contact me to discuss alternatives. Obviously I cannot move to the hospital plan as we have chronic medication, It's unfortunate that they amended the category but never took the time to call me.

Not very good service.
