Bankmed never pays for anything, we will die while paying this stupid medical aid

I was admitted at akeso, which Bankmed advise they full pay for it, after i got discharged i got lots of medical statements,Dr's asking for payments from me i was on basic plan.

Now im on core saver, i went to do x-rays and ultrasound at the hospital, and blood test, i must pay R5700.00 while i have a medical aid.
