Bankmed membership cards

HOW DOES A MASSIVE MEDICAL AID LIKE BANKMED UNABLE TO PERFORM SOMETHING AS BASIC AS DELIVERING A MEMBERSHIP CARD?

DIGITAL CARDS DO NOT WORK IN MOST PRACTICES AND I CAN'T KEEP CARRYING THAT STUPID CERTIFICATE. I NEED MY MEMBERSHIP CARDS!

I app**** for my cards to be delivered in September last year and I never received them. I called them in December to find out what happened and they told me they can't trace my application so I made a new application. I called them end of January and they told me I must wait for 6 weeks. I called them again today and they told me that they don't count the festive holidays so I must start counting from the 3rd week of January. How RIDICULOUS is this? I'm so desperate to change medical aid 'cause I'm obliged by my employment contract to be under Bankmed. My wife and I are exploring other options, including joining her medical aid.
