BANKMED - make it more customer friendly
As a Traditional Plan member, why Bankmed needs a copayment for hospital admission is absurd. Yes, they have fine line in the agreement that it is a requirement but having to pay around 5K for a day procedure - is it justifiable? The monthly premium are not cheap either. Maybe they need to relook into their rules to make it more customer friendly.

21 Dec 2020, 12:55As I said earlier, there are fine lines in their plan benefits which is repeated in the "clarity and assistance" provided., but the question I have to Bankmed. Will a person, suffering from an ailment shop around for doctors and clinics as to where he or she has to go. Paying a hefty premium and also being told which clinic to go or not is not a great explanation and is absurd. - Still not happy..
