Bankmed just does not care, evident in their lack of cummunication or providing the correct forms for submission

Incorrect forms given to add child dependant. No feedback on forms submitted and everytime I call to follow up I am given a new form to complete. Every single interaction when I follow up gives evidence of how far and delays they keep giving and run around to add child dependant. If I did not work for Bank, definitely would not be with Bankmed.
