Bankmed is useless and their custoner service is pathetic

Horrible customer service. This scheme is of no benefit to me. When i do decide to use the 'benefits' they of no benefit to me. Agents push you from pillar to post and then still tell you if your condition is not serious then you can ask for a motivation. How do they define what is a serious condition?
