Bankmed is just useless

Bankmed is 1 useless medical aid that we as banking staff are forced to join. Me and my son have endless issues. He has been trying to correct his wifes ID number from the time she joined, 5 years ago, still not done. Now they decline authirisation because the ID no is incorrect yet she's been going to the doctor and hospital in the last 5 years. Totally *********** staff that cannot sort out anything. I'm waiting almost 2 months for a refund.
