Bankmed is a useless...

Bankmed is a useless people who cannot help Firstly I am not a doctor who knows the code when filling a form to add a dependant and now they using the information I filled when filling the form to deny assistance with a person with a chronic condition and they gave authorization to assist a person and now they declining the authorization because of waiting period that the person does not have...even every doctor she has seen prove that the person doesn't have diabetes but they are stiff and not willing to help I am very disappointed with their service and they are useless and heartless how can they be so not have a way to help a person and just throw them in a fire to die but they say they do help people while they don't...this medical aid is not helpful
