Bankmed is a ****: you pay for nothing
I joined Bankmed in January and up to this day I still don't have a medical aid card. Whenever I call them to enquire, I get told I must wait 6 weeks. They even have *********** staff that keep telling you one story (6 weeks) even when you call after that 6 weeks.
