Bankmed is a **** this is these 2nd time the have rejected my covide test payment I had to fight to get them to pay in 2020 coz the Dr put wrong code on claim and now again who the hell am I am I a Dr do I complete those forms why is it my issue I'm not a Dr I don't know what is required this is not a process I follow
