Bankmed Hospital Access and Gynaecologist Availability

Bankmed has to be the worst medical aid ever. I am heavily pregnant and was told by Bankmed to use a hospital 30 km away, because the closer hospital has no gynaecologists on Bankmed’s network, even though it is listed as a Bankmed hospital. I have received no response to my follow-ups, and this situation is causing me serious stress and could affect my health and my baby’s safety. I am paying a lot of money yet when its time to get assistance, I am ignored.
