BankMed has failed my 18 year old daughter

I would never recommend BankMed to anyone,my daughter just got declined for breast reduction procedure.

The doctor has sent motivational letter, she has been assessed and checked.

She is suffering everyday, depressed and lacking confidence. How do you decline someone for hospital authorisation that has medical condition that’s affecting her entire life. She must be laying in bed most of the time due to her spine thats collapsing,she can not perform minor duties or actives,like walking long distances. She’s constantly in pain due to how huge they are for a 18 year old and always struggling to properly breath due to the pressure of the breast on her chest, we had hope that she would be relieved of this pain thats she’s been experiencing for over 4 years and are very heartbroken that BankMed declined my daughter of this procedure. This has taken a toll on my family as I am working 2 jobs and have to take care of my daughters emotional and physical needs assuring her that it will be okay but BankMed decided to deprive my daughter of that joy, of being a young confident young woman.
