Bankmed has become the worst medical aid ever

Visited my cardiologist in December and bill was not settled by my medical aid, i chose to be on a comprehensive plan to and pay the extra just to avoid these bills but not the case. I am tired of keep calling this medical aid every time i need to see a doctor because that is what has been happening lately. I also received a call from lancet advising me of an amount owed to them for the blood test taken. Bankmed has become one of the worst medical aid to work with. I send a prescription for chronic medication and they have rejected it. What else????<br>
