Bankmed frustration!
A claim was declined and Bankmed asked me to provide Doctor's motivation letter. This was obtained by myself & forward to Bankmed They have come back stating that they need a legible copy as they cannot read the Doctor's handwriting The Doctor has confirmed in writing that he sent a legible copy but Bankmed claim they have not received
