Bankmed failed me

Yes I might have misunderstood the term Pmb and I app**** for cover not suitable for me. My question to you is why would you accept an application of a,cover for people with chronic ceased from someone who stated they don't have any of those deases..I even added a dependent on the cover whom doesn't have any chronic illness.. Upon receiving my application didn't it seem odd to that some without any known illness would apply for such cover for over a year I have been paying for a cover that doesn't benefit me.first time my claim was not paid I was told because I didn't load my GP as my doctor.why would I keep a cover that requires me to pay every time I see a doctor or specialist while money is deducted fro my payslip.. Right now I need my medical aid which can't even help me but I'm paying every month.. I'm so disappointed in bank med. My question is why did you accept my application for a cover you new won't benefit me??or is it how bankmed does business?

Hi Tintswalo

We are sorry for the frustration this matter has caused.

It is important to understand that the scheme would not question your application to join, nor your plan choice.

We will look into this for you and provide feedback.

Regards,
The Bankmed Service Team.

I would really appreciate your urgent feedback, as I need to know whether I'll get help or do i need to start looking for another medical aid other than Bankmed and Discovery

I would like to believe that providing service doesn't only mean you guys winning and getting the money not worrying whether me as client are benefiting or just losing money without any benefits from your services..
