Bankmed

I am not happy with Bank-med, and what pains me is that i am stuck with bank-med and changing plans does not help , I was just informed that my daughter chronic medication will not be covered by the scheme, and it will be paid from the SAVINGS which also is suppose to cover my glasses, DR visits , and all dental needs , I need the scheme to make understand what is the point of having medical aid when i cant even afford to get glasses , the savings end up being used for my daughter's medical needs.
