Bankmed doesn't care about Chronic medication

Bankmed is the most useless medical aid ever. After getting married I was told that the plan I was on would not cover my wife's chronic medication and I would need to upgrade to one of their top 2 plans.

I confirmed with them that my wife's CHRONIC medication will be covered including the doses and they said it would be.

After doing the plan changes and getting the forms submitted they sat with it for a week before I had to call to find out what is happening. Now they are refusing to cover 2 CHRONIC medications after I was told it would be covered.

This is shocking service and obviously they don't care about their customers. Discovery covered all her medication without any issues but Bankmed which is part of Discovery will not cover certain items. Even after confirming it will be covered before I upgraded the plan.
