Bankmed disappointing again

I have been a Bankmed member for the last 10yrs and I am so dissapointed with them.I have been without my chronic medication for 4days now,I have been to clicks up and down,spoken to 3 different people at Bankmed.I am 31weeks pregnant,all I want is my chronic medication.Since Bankmed is with Discovery,I am unable to get my medicine,as the system rejects it,I keep on being told by Bankmed its on the system but still no medication.Please sort out my medication or sent clicks a manually how to claim it....Please...
