Bankmed and Life Wilgers do not care

Ok so 2 weeks ago my mother was submited to Life Wilgers Hospital in Pretoria because she was fainting Fir Submision she had to pay in R6425 pre admision fee So while in Hospital they diagnose her with Diabetes and then Thursday they send her home Saturday she has bad Diabetes attack and starts passing out so Ambulance is called They come come and pick her up and then Life Wilgers first want to tell the ambulance she cannot take her there because there is a pre admision gee to be paid So we tell them my Father will pay it when he gets there and my mother is unconciese but they first want to fight about it but then later agree to let her in as long as we pay when we get there (Which my father did bit later that day) Ao we get there and they are keeping her in Emergency room and then only send her to General ICU because her case is that severe

Now I checked and there is 2 items listed First the pre payment may not be required if it is second visit in 6 weeks She was was out for 2 days

Secondly it may not be required if Emergency She went to ICU imediatly and is still there How is that not a Emergency?

Bankmed you are horrible medical aid and I believe you would rather have your members Die than not ****** a extra payment out of them
