Bankmed (Administered by Discovery) Delay in MSA payout

<p>I was due to receive a payout from Bankmed in August 2016. I am aware that I closed the account I used for Bankmed. It has taken Discovery 3 months to send communication in spite of the fact that I have accounts and policies with them.</p> <p> </p> <p>Anyway, I sent my new bank details on Thurs ( it takes up to 48 hours for them to update their systems they say. Then to add insult to injury, payouts are only processed every Wed. So this means that I will only receive my overdue MSA payment next week.</p> <p> </p> <p>I find this unacceptable. I am now concerned that I have a Life Policy with Discovery and if this poor service extends to policy payouts.</p>
