BANKMED
My 1 year old had a temperature of 38.6 and it just just kept going higher. So I took her to casualty because no doctors were open at 18:11 there was no other option for me as my child's safety comes first I wasn't going to risk it. Now I get claims statements that weren't paid up and I have to pay because my child was taken to casualty.Im being told that bankmed only pays for casualty from the savings. this is outrageous! do you even care for your customers? or is it only about money aswell.
