bankmed doesn't take me seriously with regards to my complaint, is this how you treat your customers? all you want from us is our money and all you can provide is poor service. am tired of being told the matter will be attended to and at the end ignore me like nothing ever happend.

bankmed is a very unreasonable medical aid and if you want to take up medical aid please i plead to you dont take bankmed
