Bankmed

I visited a dentist who did a procedure that involved cutting my teeth to fit a crown. the dentist did their normal process of first getting authorization from the medical aid before they proceed, so the quote came back to say they will pay the full amount. Doc went ahead with procedure, now i had to wait five day and go back to fit my teeth doctor says he cant because medical aid rejected the claim. I am stressed the pain im enduring due to teeth sensitivity is unspeakable, brushing my teeth every morning and night is hell on earth. Bank med wont pay, dentist wont fit my teeth because they wont pay bankmed blames DRC, DRC says its not them then thers discovery involved also its so confusing and frustrating for me as the patient its so embarassing walking around with the teeth i currently have, no one wants to take the blame.
