Bank med on the 18 of December I called in and requested authridation in which it was approved .20th of Jan I call and confirm .21st I go to hospital then am being told it is not authorised though they have me an authosrisation number . This is Rong and this is ****ed up I have never seen such Bull service ..this is not acceptable cause u playing with peoples lives here . I called in and held for 53min with fatima from escalations .this is Rong and am not gonna accept the face that your system error is affecting my wellbeing
