Bad service since under new Admin of Discovery

the change to discovery has been the worse move bankmed has ever made!!!! i have so many bills from labs that bankmed does not cover for or should i say cater for!!! i mean i pay almost R4000.00 a month on this *********** medical aid to in the end receive bills of thousands of rand to pay to the docs and test labs..... i am so unhappy with bankmed and am looking for another medical aid service provider to join !<br> <br> i never in my life had so many bills previously since the change to discovery. i am a single mother of two and cannot bare all these debts.... i relay on my medical to take care of the bills hence i pay it every month! <br> <br> apparently there are now specific forms to be filled out before you as the member can see a specialist or go for blood tests otherwise bankmed/discovery refuses to pay it even. i would rather go sit at a government clinic/hospital than deal with these high bills i receive.
