Bad service received from Bankmed

Bad service Received from Bankmed , I requested approval for screening tests which was approved, when a claim was made payment was not made in full. I sent an email and made several calls with no joy, spoke to a lot of people who were not helpful and requested to a supervisor on my 6th call, Stacey who makes promises to call back feedback and doesn’t bother till I call again to follow up.
