Bad service pathetic for such a reputable scheme
Pathetic service consultant had attitude once I told her I dont like her tone the attitude became worse gosh if you dont like your job move on. All I wanted was a list of designated speech the****** contracted to my plan thry told me they dont have I must phone around how unprofessional so they expect me to call every speech the****** then come back to them to confirm if they are on or not guys come on this is 2026 but we still in the dark

Unfortunately, this does not resolve my issue. I still require the list of speech the******s covered under my plan. The reason I contacted you directly was to obtain this information.
Being told to go to my doctor doesn’t make sense, as my doctor would not have access to or know which providers are on my specific plan. That information should come from you as my service provider.
Please can you assist by providing the correct list as requested.
