bad service

I contacted disc/ bankmed today again after lodging complaint in jan 2016 and after holding and going through pre recorded options the phone on their side went dead twice. Since disc took over the admin part of bankmed all is in a mess... probably the worst medical aid ever now. No feedback about my queries lodged several in jan and this is very disrespectfull
