Bad service
This is by far the worst medical aid ever and i am paying a lot of money.Every Time i need to see a specialist i have to drive for 30 minutes because the specialists in my area are not in their network.

It is important to note that all registered providers may choose to join one of our networks, if applicable, however we are unable to compel any provider to join a network if he/she prefers not to.
You are able to access the Medical and Provider Search tool on our website www.bankmed.co.za to look for providers in your area. The tool may be found by selecting the “Our Offerings” tab, and then choosing the “Digital Tools” option. You would then need to select “Find a Healthcare Professional in the Bankmed network” which will allow you to find details of different types of providers, and will also explain how you may be covered according to the benefits applicable to your chosen plan.
